Joe's Story

Life I am back living in Vinton with my parents. After graduating from JMU in 1980, I went to work in the Roanoke Valley and enrolled in the MBA program at Va.Tech. I completed my MBA in 1988 and moved to the Martinsville area. In late 1991, I was in an auto accident that I totalled my Porche94...Expand for more
4T in, and almost totalled myself. I was wearing my seatbelt and not speeding, I just lost control after hitting some gravel. I crushed three neck bones, an injury similar to Mike Utley who was injuried a year later. After time spent at UVA hospital and in South Florida, I returned home in 1996.
