Joe's Story

Career: Graduated from UTSA with a BS in Electrical Engineering, then went to work for Compaq Computer Corporation. Have been working at Compaq/Hewlett Packard for 23 years. Started as Engineering Manager, then moved into Business Planning after earning an MBA from Texas A&M in 2007. Family: Met my wife at Compaq in 1989, married in 1990 and have been married ever since (20 years). We have 4 wonderful kids: 17 (girl), 15 (boy), 13 (boy), 12 (boy). We live on 5 acres outside of The Woodlands, Texas (north of Houston) where the boys dirtbike, fish, etc. and daughter rides horses (had 2 in our back yard). Boy...Expand for more
s are into typical sports stuff at their schools: football, lacrosse, basketball, golf, tennis, cross country. Daughter is into working and focusing on the fashion industry. We travel a lot as a family. We like snow skiing/boarding in the winter, and anything water in summer. Cozumel is our favorite summer spot (great scuba) and Red River, New Mexico is favorite snow spot. I love being a dad and husband...this is my life! I mainly stay in touch with Randy Clark (his family is in Atlanta), Scott "Ras" Rasmussen, and Kevin Van Alen (went fishing back in Nov)...hope to hear from more of the Churchill grads...
