Johanna's Story
I have been very fortunate and very blessed. I have 3 healthy kids aged 26 22 and 21. Last time I updated this, it was about 4 years about. Well, now the youngest is going to be a Senior in College. He is about to play his last year of Football for SouthEast Missouri State University Redhawks. His name is David. My 22 year old is Chuck, he is my Sunshine and lives closer to home, in Fayetteville AR. He works and attends UofA. I am very proud of him. My Baby Girl, Jakki is 26 and still living in California. Head strong and determined to make her own rules and do things her own way, I am very proud of my 5'3 ball of fury. I am not sure how she came out so short and feisty. Maybe she became feisty BECAUSE she's so petite. All I know is, no matter how old you kids are, they are still your babi...Expand for more

As for the hubby, well let's just say.......he gets better and better with age. He is exactly what I need. He pushes me when I need it and he takes care of me when I need that too. I am so glad that God put him in my life. Still, had I known what he said the first time he saw me, we probably would have never gone out. I wouldn't have even spoken to him. But, I trusted that God put him in my path and he proposed to me over the phone and six weeks later, we were married. We were married in August, but did not get to live together until October. I've still never even touched nor do I know what it feels like to hold a wedding gown in my hands. But it doesn't matter.A black mini skirt in the 80's at a chapel in Vegas worked just fine and we've lasted this long so far!
