Life Summer 1989 I spent getting ready for the Army and saying goodbye. I enlisted as an E-3 due to the LHS JROTC course. Thanks Col Horton!//1989-1990 IET/AIT/ABN (Ft. Jackson/Ft. Gordon/Ft. Benning) 1990-1992 20th Engineer Brigade(ABN) (Ft. Bragg, NC)//I was assigned to Ft. Bragg and first met my future wife and fellow Signal soldier, Kristen Michelle Bauer while sharing a taxi to downtown Fayetteville NC. A whirlwind and rocky romance ended with us close friends for the next few years.//(Desert Shield/Storm, Saudi)//We both deployed to the Middle East with our respective units, and lived to tell the tale.//1992-1993 HHC 2/72 Armor BN & Aco 122 Signal BN (Cp Casey, Korea)//Moved around a bit in country, changing units and MOS when the MSE/GTE fielding team deployed to Korea.//1993-1996 Group Support Co 3rd Special Forces Group(ABN) (Ft.
