John's Story
Life
I have been employed by the City of Dallas since 1993 and have Been married since 1999. We have two handsome boys. We also adopted an american turdhound in 2003.
Military
As some may remember I joined a reserve program that required me to go through boot camp during the summer befor my senior year. I then attended weekend drills during school until the next summer when I was stationed in Yorktown va. for my A school. After that summer I returned to Dall...Expand for more
as where I lived and drilled at MSO Houston on the weekends until 1996 when I was honorably discharged. Oh, there was that time in august of 1990 when I was placed on active duty for Operation Desert Shield and then held over for Operation Desert Storm. Unfortunatley the U S Coast Guard didn't really have any type of budget until after 9-11. Nor did I recieve any respect for my choice of enlistment from a few of my high school classmates... you know who you are.
