a bio someone else wrote: Dr. Bash's life mission is to build into leaders who want to build leaders. This mission obviously reveals itself in John's work whether he is involved in executive coaching, conference speaking, strategic planning, or helping churches raise capital funds for meaningful projects. Dr. Bash has an executive coaching business specializing in leadership and team development: helping leaders, small companies and churches connect who they are and where they want to go with what they need to do today. His frankness about difficult issues is refreshing and challenging. He has started churches in Chicago, Maryland and California and has degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Westminster College. The Bash family has resided in Irvine, California for the past 19 years, where John often gets accused of looking and acting like an East Coaster. Three grown children (including foster son) are the pride of his personal life.".
