John's Story
Greetings to fellow Polar Bears in the famous "Class of '69". After attending Northwestern University (with Jeffrey Gilbert and Tim Dennison) while studying Political Economy I moved to Davis, CA to attend the University of California at Davis. After studying Evolutionary Biology and Ecology at U C Davis I moved to Cambridge, England to study European History and then moved on to Salamanca, Spain to study Spanish and French. anager and as a Real Estate Broker since completing my MBA degree. I now own and manage a real estate and development company (Batchelder Ent Inc) that focuses on purchasing, renovating and managing multifamily properties in the Sacramento, CA area.
Perhaps I am subjective and a little conceited, but I have always thought that there were very many talented and accomplished people in the Lehman Class of 1969. We came of age in an era of historic unrest and historic change in American society.
Can anyone who graduated in 1969 really comprehend that it has been 44 years since we all graduated in the spring of 1969 ??!!??
