John's Story
I wanted to play basketball. Since Mr. Disko didn't cut anyone, I made the Freshman Basketball Team. One of the only things I was blessed with, was being able to palm a basketball. I use to walk the halls of Hammy High palming a basketball, thinking people would think I could play. I tried out for Baske...Expand for more
tball all 4 years of high school. Only made it once(freshman year). Track and Field was the sport I Lettered in.(twice) Track I was involved in 4 events, 1). The High Jump, 2). The Open 220yds, 3). The Open 440yds, 4). The Mile Relay. It has been almost 32yrs, since Mr. David Engle coached me in Track.
