John's Story
John is currently from Shasta Lake, California. John is happily married.
John's schools include Chowchilla Union High School. John later attended Shasta College (Chemistry, Engineering and Physics); Southern Oregon State (Chemistry, Physics),
John works(ed) at: Principal/Owner of Bettes Surveying.
County of Shasta; G.I.S./C.A.D. mapping control net; customer problem research (general answerman).
Iron Mountain; acid mine water treatment.
Tekon Engineering; customer relations and scheduling; director of field operation for 10 full time 3 person and 3 part time 2 person field crews; manage crew schedules; direct operation of work flow and supervise 6 person office support staff.
Music John likes includes Contemporary R&B, 50's and 60's Rock and Roll. Books John likes include New King James Bible, Larry Niven and Isaac Asimov are my favorite, Science fiction writers. Movies John likes include 2001: A Space Odyssey, Monty Python; Search for the Holy Grail. TV shows John likes include all of the Stargate series' , M*A*S*H (TV series), Dark Matters, Call The Midwife.

Retired/Disabled. Enjoy target shooting and i reload for almost everything that I shoot. Like to camp, we rough it in our 28' motorhome. Like to fish, but never get to do enough of it. Mostly hang out at home and do chores or do what I can for and at my church. I am happiest when I am with my brothers and sisters in the Lord. Avid biker, kayaker and fish.
Most of my free time is spent going through my second childhood restoring my 1987 Corvette. The most fun car I have ever owned. I have restored or replaced almost every part except the engine and it runs very well for now. My wife is afraid of the day I restore the engine because I have warned her that it will have 200 more horses, at least. If I chose I could burn the new tires off of it now in less than a city block. She thinks I am getting too old to act this way, i think I am just staying young.
I take great pride in my twin sons whom are both in ministry to the Lord and very devoted to Gods' work.
The youngest, Shawn, lives in Texas and works in full time ministry as vice president for Next World Wide Ministries doing church planting around the world. He is married to a wonderful woman and together they have 4 beautiful and loving girls.
The oldest twin works full-time for a pharmaceutical company doing home setup of health equipment for the infirm and elderly. He and his lovely wife are extremely active in ministry in their church. The have one boy and two girls, all three loving and joyful children that also love the Lord.
I also have a daughter that lives in Arizona and works as a prison guard in a maximum security prison. I have to say, sadly, we never get enough time together.
I have another son(inlaw) in whom I am extremely proud of. He raised 4 children, works in law enforcement. He has a lovely wife that is more like a daughter to us. They both are active in our church in childrens ministry.
I am very blessed with my life and family and friends.".
