John's Story
Graduated from NC State University in 1964 with BS in Civil Engineering. Entered the US Marines as a 2nd Lt in Sept 1964 - fought in Viet Nam - left active duty in Aug of 1967 but stayed in the reserves. Called up for the 1st Persian Gulf War in 1991. Retired as Colonel in 1994.
Gradated from Colgate Darden School of Business in June 1970 with MBA and worked for Procter and Gamble for 6 1/2 years then went to Baxter International where we lived and worked all over ...Expand for more
the USA and world. Retired in 1999 as a VP in the Life Science Division in Glendale CA. Moved back to North Carolina to retire.
Married, divorced, married again in 1977 (got it right the 2nd time). Rosie and I have been married 33 years and between us we have 5 daughters (yours, mine and ours) and 8 grandchildren.
I just went through the 1960 yearbook and it brought back many happy memories. Life has been good! I am looking forward to the reunion this year.
