John's Story
Life
I have always liked to travel. Right out of Pine-Eagle High, I spent four years in the Air Force. I have traveled to all 50 states and over 40 counties. I worked for Braniff and United Airlines for nine years combined. I started my auction business in 1984 (storageauctionexperts is my web site) and my appraisal business in 1995. or a living. I have been all over the world and have never found another place like Halfway, Oregon.
Currently, I live in Turlock, California with my wife Donna and two Black Labs.
Military
I went to basic training on October 15, 1974. After basic I was stationed at Bergstrom AFB, Texas as a driver-dispatcher. In 1976, I did a base trade and went to Beale AFB, CA. I finished up my 4 year hitch and moved to Fortuna, CA in the fall of 1978.
