Calvin's Story
After seeing the world thanks to the U.S. Air Force. I spent 20 years working for corporate America. (Lanier, 3M, & NCR)
I finally settled down in my hometown of Orlando Florida in 1979. I started my own business with my wife in 1997. We sell reconditioned POS (Cash Register)hardware & it is a lot of work but it pays the bills.
My love of books, from working for the "Book Cache" in Anchorage has followed me throughout my life. I now have a Library overflowing with books, much to the dismay of my wife.
I have been married for 25 years & we chose not to have children.(afraid they would turn out like me) Instead...Expand for more
we have 2 cats & a 27 year old parrot.
I would like to reconnect with old friends but that is a duanting task because I lived in so many different places.
Still love Rock & Roll and have the collection to prove it again to the dismay of my wife.(3000 LP's & CD's)but built a house large enough to hold it and my wife's equally large Hippo collection. It is on the lakefront lot where I spent my childhood until the 6th grade & within 5 miles where my wife spent her entire life. YOU CAN GO HOME AGAIN!!
