John's Story
Most people would probably remember me a s a quiet boy who pretty much kept to himslef.
Not involved in sports, but I did have a few girlfriends..... OK .... 1 girlfriend..... at school, but they were many others ..... OK ..... so there wern't many others.
Wildest thing done at school.... Not much in that department. Refer to first paragraph.
My hero would be my father, and father-in-law who both have shown me how to be not only a man, but also a father to my daughters. They truly are great men.
My wife and I are Salvation Army officers, (ministers) and have been stationed in Cheyenne WY, Aurora CO, Oxnard CA, and Bullhead City/Laughlin. Begining July 2009, we will be living in San Diego.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is harold Caycedo, because We were close friends, and we have not been able to stay in touch..
Being a father at the age of 20. Wow! Finding out that marraige is not as easy as it seemes. Being a minister. Who would have thought?
To be father has little to do with bing physcially strong. It has...Expand for more
more to do with being emotionally and spiritually storng. Children are truly a blessing.
I would love to see the wood shop teacher, Mr Freeman? Good man!
To be truely happy, I would be serving others in a homeless shleter with my wife.
My first crush, or actual girlfriends name is Rory, and boy did she hurt my heart. I fell hard. Prepared me for life ahead.
I still do dress like in the 80's. Shorts and t-shirts are prefered with not in uniform. Music is even more severe. I am literially stuck in the 70's and 80's. Don't get me started on the music of today.
Wierdest job was still in high school, and it was being a day care worker. 2-3 year old. Though job, very enjoyable.
No trophies on my mantle except for a ping pong tournament at a chruch mens camp. Ping Pong rocks!
Muligfan in life? Marry the same woman just a few years later.
What would suprise others about me? I'm taller, but heavier. Still quiet, but have a develish side to me as well. The fact that I have been a minster for over 12 years would bprobably be the bigest suprise.
