I moved to Maryland in 1979, got a chemical engineering degree in 1983 and went to work for the Navy. where I still work as a minor bureaucrat. I read a lot, do a lot of home renovation, commute to work every day on a bicycle, and travel around the world for pleasure. My wife and I each have a horse, so I do a lot of riding on local trails.
