Jock's Story

I retired at the beginning of 2012 after many years working as a civil engineer specializing in hydrology and hydraulics. Retirement has been great! I've been doing some traveling, bird watching, and just hanging out. In August/September of 2012 I went to Europe for 6 weeks, spending time in France, Germany, Turkey, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam. Texas coast, Ohio, New Jersey, the Galapagos Islands, Namibia, and Panama. In the summer I enjoy hiking in the Colorado mountains. I hooked up with Greg Thompson a few times before his death in 2015, and we had some great laughs together. I miss him. I think about the old days at Cherry Creek from time to time. I'm living in Kent Village, a townhome community in Englewood. John Vogt and his wife Patti live there also. I enjoy talking to my old classmates if anyone wants to get in touch.
