Greetings, classmates and alumnae. This past June 2023, it was 60 years since we left Newfield High School; those of us who graduated from the class of 63’. As of late January of 2024, I am now 79 years old. No need to be reminded how quickly time has flown. In Newfield High School, I recall how well we made friends with other classes as well as our own class, especially with the class of 1964. I still fondly recall many familiar faces, even though some of you I may have known only casually, or from a distance, or heard your names mentioned by others in our school. For a season, we were together. It was our shared past that binds us all together. Perhaps, looking back from where we are now, in many respects life seemed simpler, at least to me.
