Life
Oh Boy!! Life has been a long & winding road. Growing up in Belleville was an adventure! Troop 307,timmy&kevin, eagle scout, explorers, camping,fishing&mid-night streaking through corn fields.The adventure continues,High school,Band Trips! Canada ! amp; goals . In 1996 I was offered the Executive Chef position at a upscale banquet / ala carte facility. Presently I'm Chef/Owner of The Black River Barn Restaurant, in Randolph N.J. I live in Lk. Hopatcong where I'm a volunteer fireman, & avid fisherman.And so the adventure continues,work hard & party harder.
School
It's a miracle I made it through high school in one piece.But it sure was a blast. You couldn't get away with half the stuff we did today .Those were the good old days!
