John's Story

After high school I attended FIU for a bit. Dropped out cuz it still felt like highschool and I needed some direction in my life after my father passed away. So I joined the Army and have been a soldier for about 9 years now. I got married in April 2006 and have a baby...Expand for more
girl. Stationed in Ft Carson Co. From there I deployed to Iraq For 15 months And I've been back in Co since Jan 08. My wife and I just had a baby boy, Caleb, who was premature at 26 weeks. He's doing fine for now. I just pray thast he will be able to live a normal life.
