My Spouse
I met my wife (Jennifer)at a nursing home that we were both working at.
My Kids
The birth of my daughter Caitlin was one of the best days of my life. She is the most precious thing in the world to me, next to my wife. My second daughter Jacqueline was a blessing in more ways than one. She is a very special child. She had biliary atresia and had surgery to correct it. Her bile ducts in her liver never formed. ct this problem when she was 5 weeks old. She then had to have a liver transplant when she was 10 months old. My wife donated part of her liver. She is doing good, and waiting on another transplant. We are expecting the arrival of our son in October of 2004.
My Job
My job is very fun. I get to create new and exciting desserts for customers at Toto's restaurant in Center City Philadelphia. I now work at his other place in northeast philly called Moonstruck. Very fun also, but I am doing more than just desserts.
