John's Story
Life
I'm on Facebook. They say it's free and always will be. I think they lie. That is a multi-billion dollar enterprise and they didn't get that way by being free. I was born in Belvidere, Illinois. Lived in Garden Prairie, Illinois, from 1950 until 1959, then Belvidere, Illinois, until 1967. Moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1967. Married Pamela Warnick in 1972, divorced in 1974. Moved to Fort Morgan, Colorado, in 1976, to Greeley, Colorado, in 1977, back to Fort Collins in 1978. Married Christie Resseguie in 1979. Daughter born in 1980. Cancer survivor (Hodgkins' Disease) in 1993. Moved to Littleton, Colorado, in 1995. Moved to Parker, Colorado, in 2001. I'm a pretty good bass singer, previously with the Colorado Chorale. Began studying Tae Kwon Do at age 56, currently at the brown belt level. Don't think I want to leave Colorado. I've seen much of the United States and so...Expand for more

College
Studied music at Colorado State University from 1968 until 1970. Returned to Colorado State University to study history and mathematics from 1983 until 1986. Transferred to Regis University in 1986, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1991 as a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. Graduated from Denver Career College in 2005 with an ABA approved Paralegal certificate.
Workplace
Retired from Mountain Bell/ US West/ Qwest in 2004 after 31 years. Worked as a Paralegal for Lehman Bros./ Aurora Loan Services in Lone Tree, Colorado, from 2005 until 2006. Was a bus driver for Douglas County School District from 2006 until 2007. Presently employed as a Paralegal by the City and County of Denver Department of Human Resources, Legal Section, Child Protection Unit.
