John's Story

Life Hi all, I spent 20 years working as a substation electrician at SIGECO (now Vectren), mostly in electronics. For the past seven years I've been a transmission system operator. I have never slowed down a lot and fear (not) that I'll never retire. I'm married and have two kids, one of which is home schooled. Her attitude is SO much different! My goal, this winter, is to finish my homepage. If I could just find time... My kids are in to all things that are 60's. Cool. Hey, ...Expand for more
man, don't do anything I wouldn't do... An update, two years (give or take) later from all of the above: Ha...I still haven't created a homepage yet. Just stay too busy, or it's just not a high priority. Both kids are now smarter than I (they think), and I let them think it (although I know better). Yes, to be a teen with the smarts of someone 54... Since I might never retire, and Bush won't let boomers retire, it looks to me like BOOMERS RULE (like we did in the 60s). Take care.
