John's Story
I am 42 this year (08), live in Bourbonnais IL, am married with 2 boys aged 4 and 2.
I am a fee only Certified Financial Planner and work in Chicago and Bourbonnais.
I did 4 years in the army where I was offered a chance to attend Westpoint twice. But, I had asmatha and knew that I would not be able to stay in for too long.
I was decorated something like 12 times while in the service though.
After the military I worked in a factory in Manteno and started college. I left that place and worked at Armour for anoth...Expand for more
er 8 years unti I finished my BA at Western Illinois.
While attending Western I was also working on my CFP. I have been a financial planner for about 10 or 11 years now.
About 5 years ago, I picked up my MS in Financial Planning.
In November 2003, my big guy was born. in October 2005 my little guy came along. Talk about your life changing events. I think I lived my whole life so that I could be my boys daddy. I am 42 years old. Many of my friends children are already grown, but I am glad I became a dad when I did.
