About John Karnatz
John Karnatz is Group Director of Technology Services Development Group (TSD), a firm that specializes in designing, developing and promoting services that employ technology in their sales, use or delivery. He is considered an expert in the development of information technology services.

Before founding TSD, John held several management positions in consulting, product development and marketing during eighteen years at IBM. He also served in executive positions related to services development at American Express Tax and Business Services and James Martin + Company.

By avocation, John is an adjunct college professor. Although active as a guest lecturer in graduate and executive education programs, he has rediscovered the joy of undergraduate education and teaches Speech and Communications courses at the College of DuPage and Elgin Community College.Â
Additionally, he is a Director of Sina & Royce, Inc. - an intellectual property development firm. He has been a long-time executive member of the American Marketing Association and is a frequent contributor to industry publications and presentations. He is Chairman of the Board of the Sunny Ridge Family Center in Wheaton, Illinois and an Emeritus Advisor to Healing the Children International.
