John's Story
Life
Lived in Melbourne Australia for 30 years,married Linda Register of class of 1969 from MSHS,died was reborn, remarried in 2000 to Brasilian bomshell Maria Moriera De Macedo have 4 children Sean 22,Melissa 19, Victoria 5,
and Dylan 4 . Now live with young Vieynamese wife Batit in Key Largo six months a year in summer we love thunder storms and divide the other 6 months between Australia,Singapore and Indonesia
Love to read,relax in mountains doing physical work, make money,and sex most of all but private stuff no group or kinky thing.Only joking I dont read personal columns.
School
I was quiet and a loner,with pimples and thought I was going bald ( still have lots of hair)I lost my drivers licence fleeing the police on my motor cycle so had no social life until senior year in which I had saved and bought a Corvette Stingray. Before the stingray at age 15 fell in love with the dancer Vicki Thornton and went steady for 9 months and had a perpetual hard on before she dumped me for a go go boy named Herby. With the corvette Now I was something so I thought anyway, girls are so vain they all now wanted me.
I got serious my senior year and took Geometry and then sufferd the embarasement that all my classmates were Sophmores.I survived the Paranoia adolesent years. Favorite teachers Mrs Berardi,Don Smith and Holesapple my DE iteacher.Funniest time was when we turned off the AC system by entering the Ac room from the roof. School was closed for a few days after that.After surviving m y teenage years and my first two childrens I only hope I can survive the next two starting in 2013 when I will be 63 my go d how old is that. Actually everything works the same except my knees I cant play basket ball or soccer.
College
Was amongst the dumbest at MSHS but somehow earned a BS college degree in Ocean Engineering at Florida Atlantic University and ...Expand for more
combined this with my love of the ocean and diving.
Workplace
As an engineer first job was in Nova Scotia on a drill rig ( owned by the Bush family) steaming snow off the rig. Didnt last long then went to Louisiana with the Cajuns as a diver on the rigs and engineer,then in 1979 to Houston as a real engineering consultant in subsea pipeline design, then off to Australia at 30
as a specialist subsea pipeline engineer for 2 years on big money working for and seconded to oil companies. After they fired me 2 years later I started
my own subsea engineering consultancy and almost starved for 4 years but my first 2 children were born and Perth was a lovely place and the unemployment benefits paid for the home payments and food. I spent alot of time woring and also scuba diving.In 1992 I formed an international Research and Development company and Subsea construction company.OES It has done well and I have been traveling 40 countries per year but want to slow down dont need the money just change the world or make love all day or at least once per day for 30 minutes..
Military
No military,father was like a drill sargent had to stand at attention at dinner before he sat. Was a pot smoking hippy during college days and organised " Th e Rusty Beer Can March" on earth day in which we cleaned up Bears Cut Beach and marched the Garbage to President Nixons house on Key Byscaine. When we got there Trish said he was not home and could not of left it as he didnt drink beer.
Biggest Regrets
Inmy senior year a sexy young blonde Burnie Koron exposed herself at Miller Road lake and invited me to the bushes and I was too in experienced to partisipate.My second biggest regret I did not slept with Vick Thornton next to my sister who was asleep in the same bed at the Miami Beach Doville when I was 15 and all we did was kiss
