I suspect this is the site of a puncture that caused the flat I just got.
...or maybe not.
Here's the puncture, where the tire sits on the rim.
There's no protruding spoke, but I see that the rim tape is not centered in this area.
My spare tube, which I thought was brand new, has a puncture!
