John's Story

Graduated from Oregon State University in 1980. Spent 6 years active duty in the Navy (submarines) and another 14 in the Naval Reserve. Spent the last 30 years living in Vienna Virginia working the last 17 in the Pentagon in support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Started a company about 9 years ago that supports the Department of Defense. Married in 199...Expand for more
0, adopted my wife's 6 year old and we had another 3 kids. One daughter is through college and on her own, my two sons are in college, and my youngest will follow in 2014. Coached a bunch of basketball teams over the past 15 years and a little football. Also doing some gardening, beermaking, beekeeping and lots of home projects. Life is good and full.
