John's Story
Hey there, sitting here in Maine down on the coast raining hard outside. A nice Sunday morning to catch up. 1965 joined the Marines with David and Sully went to Vietnam for 2.5 tours, wounded twice. Finished tours and discharged as a sgt. in 1969. Home to concord for awhile went north to Sugarloaf spent 40 years in Carrabassett Valley & Kingfield. Worked for the Mountain as a professional patrolman for 15 years, married had three great sons, all off to the beat of their own drum. Divorced a few years back, waiting to build on my wood-lot near Carrabassett. At present giving my aunt help in assisted living and enjoying this childhood area again. Where? cean Park small community between OOB and Camp Ellis. I'm taking care of my dog, fishing as a sternman on the Patricia Joyce out of Camp Ellis from April to November. Eve my companion and my Captain Norm head out every morning before or just at dawn couldn't ask for a better time, best open air office up and down the coast. We haul about 200 traps a day depending on weather. With a total of 800 in the water. I date o serious partner yet. I unwind with my 96 Harley around Maine. It's a Dyna glide forest green, lots of crome, nice pipes and 1450cc's of running performance. Always looking for fun passengers :-) Take care drop a line sometime when you get a moment.
