John's Story
Well, here it is. Went to JD by the Sea and played in local rock bands. Didn't do so well at JD so I lost my 1S draft status. Joined Air Force. Got an early out and started working at Byrd's TV on Howard avenue. Married my high school (Sacred Heart) sweetheart, had beautiful daughter. Got interested in law enforcement and in 1974 joined the Harrison County Sheriff's Dept. where I stayed for sixteen hears. During that time, I was a law enforcement instructor at JD for two years (ironic?) . Married second time and have son and 2 beautiful granddaughters. Changed from Harrison C...Expand for more
ounty to Mississippi Gaming Commission as a Gaming Enforcement Agent II last part of my carrer until retirement in 2001.Also have been very fortunate to have travelled to Europe several times. Due to injuries I recieved in a car accident in 1983 (in a police car and rear-ended by a DUI), I am feeling the effects more and more each year so I don't get around too much. See some of ya'll now and then (especially at WalMart). Be glad to respond to anyone with old stories, or anything else from BHS or Sacred Heart ( I spent a lot of time there). Still in Biloxi.
