John's Story

Life Graduated from Colgate University in 1980. Taught biology, chemistry, and earth science at S-VE in 1980-81 as part of Master's internship. After living and working in San Francisco, New Jersey, and NYC in a variety of jobs, started working for Microsoft in NYC in 1990, moved to Seattle WA in 1993 to manage Executive Briefing Center and other customer executive relation...Expand for more
s programs, and left Microsoft in August 1999. Worked with Social Venture Partners foundation in Seattle and several non-profit organizations. Started Palomaki Foundation to work with Spencer-Van Etten schools on their new technology plan and other charitable projects. Started Youth and Community Foundation of Spencer-Van Etten (ycfsve.org) in 2001 with other community members.
