John's Story
I graduated from VMI in 1969 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Married Alice Nicholson after she graduated from Virginia Tech in 1970. Employed by an electrical construction company we moved to Ocean City to build condominiums and then moved to Texas to build Power Plants and Wastewater Treatment Plants. In 1988 I was asked to be on the parish council at our local church and wound up as the Business Administrator. I helped build our 70k sq.ft. 4 building complex.

Architecture. They both live near me in the Dallas Ft. Worth complex. I have 3 grandsons.
I retired in 2017 and with time on my hands I began to investigate our family history. With what I found I wrote 3 books and published them on Kindle..
I have played a lot of golf with the same group of friends over the last thirty years. I had a wild time in intermediate and high school, sneaking out after midnight. At lunch with my golf buddies I often heard the same kind of stories. I wrote a fourth book titled After Golf tales we tell at lunch.
