After leaving memorial I spend a couple of years at UNH as a music major. Dropped out and went to work doing construction till was 21. I then became a Manchester NH police officer and did that seven years. I liked the training and the experience was good for me. I left MPD for UPS in 78. Started as a part timer while I went to SNHU full time at night. Picked up a BS in Management Information Systems and then drove for 5 years at UPS before going into management there. I spent the majority of my UPS career in Finance, and the last 7 years as the District Auditor for the North New England District. (Maine, NH, Vermont and Mass), I am now retired from there but go back each year as a consultant to train new drivers in safe work methods and safe driving methods. I married in 1977 to Suzanne Poirier (another MMHS Grad). We settled in Manchester and are still here. We have 2 daughters, Abbey who is married and lives in Cambridge Ma with her husband Ian Catmur.
