Life Although I did not graduate from Bulkeley High, I was in the class of 1957. I joined the Navy in March of 1955, and shortly thereafter received my GED for High Shool Graduation. I spent 24 years in the Navy, retiring in March 1979, with the Pay Grade of Master Chief Petty Officer, (E-9), and I then completed a career with the US Postal Service as a Human Resources Specialist (EAS-15) on 12/1/98. I married Florence Lawson, who also was in the Class of 1957, however she left school in June of 1956. We were married on June 10, 1956, and we will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary 6/10/2006. We have three children 2 boys and a girl, ages for the boys 47 and 46, and our daughter just turned 42. We have 12 Grandchildren 6 boys and 6 girls, ages from 5 to 28.
