John's Story
I attended McHi from '66 to '69. I played French Horn and was in the All-State Band my junior and senior years. I spent all my time playing music and payed less attention to my other classes. My parents moved to Port LaVaca the summer of '69 and I finished school there. After a few years, they moved back to McAllen and my mom still lives there. My Dad passed away in December of 2003 from Alzheimers.

College in Corpus Christi. I dated a flute/piccolo player from King High School that first year. (She was a senior) We married in June, 1971. This year will be 39 years. We have two boys, age 24 and 28.
I have worked at several things. I was in residential construction for about 20 years there in Corpus. I have been driving trucks for 10 years now. I pull tankers and drive 48 states and Canada.
