John's Story
I'm married now, have 2 boys, one cool motorcycle my wife got me, and now living in Alpine, Texas. My wife is from Ensenada, Mexico. So, needless to say. I'm not skinny like I use to be. My son was born here in Alpine and my other son will be as well, as soon as the oven timer goes off! My family and I are one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Had lots of fun at Victor Valley High, perhaps too much, but, that's how we learn. I never graduated even though I tried twice. I did get my GED at Sul Ross State University in Alpine when I was working there. Goes to show I didn't need a high school diploma after all. I worked there ...Expand for more
a whole year before I finally got the other one.
Before I moved to Alpine, I was living in a real small town called Marfa, TX. I moved there with Robert Earney after I stowed away in the back of his grandfathers pickup truck!
I moved back for about 10 years in San Juan Capistrano where I met my wife. We lived in San Clemente for a while and then 2008 happened. Our work wasn't going so well so we moved to Ensenada and Rosarito for a few years, then back to Texas. We own a double wide now on a good acre and a half, so, we got our boot heels dug in deep! And I learned to never shoot a skunk when it's under the house!
