John's Story

Life I moved to Juneau in the fall of 1963 and started commericial fishing in the spring of 1964. In 1971, I moved to Petersburg where I still live. I currently am the managing owner of 4 vessels that fish in the Bering Sea. I quit going to sea about 15 years ago as my company, Prowler Fisheries, grew large enough to open an office in Petersburg. ...Expand for more
I have other businesses, but Prowler Fisheries is my core business. I have a great wife named Bert. We travel quite often within Alaska, Seattle, Palm Springs, and other places and would enjoy hearing from any of my old classmates and friends from other classes.
