John's Story
My wife and I live near Columbus, with all four kids now living out of state.
After CHS, I graduated from Evangel University in Missouri, then served as a youth minister at churches in Columbus and Cleveland before returning to Columbus in 1995 where we've been ever since.
My full-time job is serving as district superintendent for 280 churches in Ohio.

In 1996, I was unfortunately diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease, a cancer of the lymph nodes. After a lot of treatment and prayer, I got a great report from my doctor in 1997 and have been gratefully celebrating good health ever since.
I love that I get to travel Ohio a lot with work, so I try to stop by Wally's Pizza or Kennedy's Bakery (or both!) every time I pass through Guernsey County.
