After graduating from Fresno State College, I went into the USAF for 4 years, spending time in Turkey, North Bend, OR, and Colorado Springs, CO. I then moved to the Corvallis-Albany, OR, area, where ...Expand for more
I attended Oregon State University. In 1977 I went to work for Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis. I was offered and took early retirement after 25 years. I'm now enjoying retirement and my first grandchild.

We had a lot of fun on these in grade school in the early '50's. Good exercise, built confidence, improved balance. Just plain old dirt underneath. Injuries? No doubt.
