John's Story
Some of you may remember me from french class, some from physics and my laser, some of you i ran track with and still others i played basketball with at jeff davis. today i live in Franklin,TN, i have two daughters 32 and 28(Lucy and Betsy), two grandchildren(Will and Reese) and a wife of 44 years--Pearl.
After Forrest I went off to Duke Univ for a year and returned to the Univ of Fla for my sophomore year. Cheryl Giggy and i were married that year but we were young and divoirced by 1969 or 70, I don't remember much from those years. Two years in the army in Thailand and I was back at Duke in 1971 to finish an elecrical engineering degree in 1974. ,Virginia Beach,Va, Orange City,IA Akron ,Ohio and now back to Nashville(Franklin, TN). I work for HTI Technology as a VP of Sales and Marketing. Our oldest daughter Lucy has been married now almost three years and has two children, Will and Reese. Betsy graduated from Virginia Tech and went on to get a BSE fro Marymont in Washington DC . Betsy became Betsy Moran this year by marring Kevin. Pearl is a medical technologist and is currently working the hospital in Franklin Tn. She plans to retire(work part time) this coming year. I still have several more years to work I believe.
My best friend was John Bacon in high school but i haven't seen him in 35 years. i did get to a reuion a few years back and caught up with a number of you all.
