John's Story

Life Attended SUNY New Paltz '63-'67, with B.A. and '67-'72, with M.S. Also,attended and graduated the NY State Bureau of Municipal Police Training in '77. Married college sweetheart in June '67...still married (to each other)...two daughters; one graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara, the other graduated from University of California at Irvine (Kappa Alpha Theta). After H.S. graduation worked as teacher...and as police officer...then as pilot for Pan Am. Have worked for the FAA as an Aviation Safety Inspector sin...Expand for more
ce 1989 in Southern California. Currently I'm with the FAA's Western-Pacific region headquarters in L.A. as an Air Carrier Operations Technical Specialist in the Flight Standards Division. My wife is the Editor-in-Chief for an educational materials publishing company. We love it here. Incredible weather and lifestyle. The only problem is...too many other people feel the same way. I found out about our 11/2001 High School reunion from Ivan Mann...four months after the fact. Darn!! Also-just got current and finally joined Facebook!
