John's Story
Hello to all. New at this so bare with me. How does one describe 40 years in a few paragraphs. Briefly I guess. I married Laurene and had two sons. That marriage ended in divorce and I raised the boys for nine years before tieing the knot again. That produced my third son. Unfortunately that too ended in divorce. Im very proud of my boys; John, Matthew and Joseph.
I entered into law enforcement in 1974. Then joined the police department in 1976 and stayed there till my retirement in 2003. It was a great career and I have no regrets. After retiring I moved to southwest Colorado and started r...Expand for more
anching. I raise Texas Longhorns now. While in SD I lived throughout the county and during that time ran into some of you and even worked with a couple of you. Im still very close to my twin sister (Alice) who lives in El Cajon. Most of my family and friends still are in SD and I return often.
Like most of you life dealt me both good and bad situtations and I attempted to make the most out of it. Life is good at this point and remembering good times and good friends is always a blessing.
