John's Story

Life John received a BS from Fordham (in cursu honorum), MD (magna cum laude) from SUNY Downstate Med Ctr, and, in 2006, a Master of Medical Managerment degree from Carnegie Mellon. NY-Presbyterian Hospital & Assoc Prof of Clinical Surgery at Cornell. John is a Commander in the US Navy (Reserve Component) & a NYPD Police Surgeon. He lectures widely about health care policy, and has served as President of the NY Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons. John married Dianna Burget in 2006. They live in Manhattan.
