This is the 60's vintage Silvertone 1446 I mentioned. I do love this one so. Through my 1964 Ampeg Amp, the sound is ear-gasmic. Lol.

I have been told that while Telecasters have a specific "voice", Stratocasters have a far greater range of tones and such. I struggle with that notion as this Tele is, to me, capable of far more than I can extract from it.
Enjoying Chicago style deep dish pizza at Pizzeria Uno, with Pat. Life is good today.
My newest Strat build. Yeah, I like cherry/sienna burst with tortoise shell. Will compliment the Tele very nicely. ( see my photo up, over there to the left). None of the holes match up so I gotta glue in plugs, grind some
Well, Stratocaster project, on left, is complete. Plays as well as it looks. Mildly related by association to the Telecaster type on the right. I do like this color combination.

New Guitar Day. WooHoo. Guild M75 Aristocrat. Lovely player as well as a looker.
What you are looking at is the insides of a ca. 1957 Franz single coil electric guitar pick up device. The reason for the photo was a recent guitar purchase was made, knowing the neck pick up (this one) was not functioning.
For Andrew St Pierre, as requested. A pic of my mojo encrusted 1957 Guild Aristocrat.
Repaired '57 Guild Aristocrat harness. All original parts restored and new PIO tone caps. The Volume and tone pots are original and have a very steep audio taper. The red wire is connected to the bridge PUP ground lug and w
Top is neck tone pot with new PIO Astron .047. The bridge has a new PIO Astron .022. All pots are original and have a steep audio taper.
A closer look at my '59 Guild M-65...
