Life
After ICHS, I attended St. Procopius College (now IBC) and got my BS. Chm. in 1960. Worked at Argonne for 12 years, and hired on with OSHA as a haz. mat. specialist until 1986. Became private consultant in environmental science, and began to write books (mysteries) and announce on CBS radio (AM 610 KDAL). Wife (Doris) died after 33 years (1967-2001). Currently engaged with 2nd wedding expected summer of 2002. Future wife (Karen) is an R.N. from southern Wisconsin and will be moving up to Duluth. Plan to continue writing, work...Expand for more
at inventing and small machine shop business, keep track of my 4 kids--2 here, one in navy, and daughter in Australia. Still do free lance science research, and worked on a prime number theory paper for American Math Society, plus a study of natural antibiotic effects of blue cheese cultures in diets as a preventive nutritional aid. E-mail anytime. Had a great time at the 2001 reunion! Also a Civil War Re-enactor, posing as a surgeon's assistant, rank of Captain, and adjunct to Surgeon General Hammond (1863) out of Washington, D.C.
