John's Story
Life
A month after graduation I entered the
Naval Academy in Annapolis MD for a fun
four years of study and sailing.
Finishing up with a degree in
Engineering Physics (rocket science)I
was in the submarine
force for a dozen years. During that
time I met my wife and saw the world
through a periscope. We have three
daughters, Jessica, Eileen and
Elizabeth. After the time at sea we
settled in Connecticut with me designing
submarine computer systems at a Navy
lab. I completed my MBA and took a job
with Electric Boat when the lab was shut
down a few years ago. I currently
oversee the development of much of the
training and myriads of technical
manuals that will be used in the next
generation...Expand for more
submarine.
One of the new charms in my life is a granddaughter.
Take Care,
John
