My Spouse
met at cobleskillon february 2, 1989
i had to move into a new dorm because i was hired for an R.A. position. we met and became friends and started dating and we've been together ever since. we were married in december of 1994
My Pets
midnight is a bobtail kitten and enitrely black. she replaced goober my gray cat of 9 years that i had in vermont back in 1991. goober was a fatality this year as we believe she was attacked by a coy dog out in our woods behind our house.

michael is 5 on feb. 4

My Job
i am the executive chef of a bistro in downtown saratoga that i helped open in june of 1993. i...Expand for more
was just a line cook then but a year later was promoted to the chef's position. i am responsible for all the menu writng, costing, and design. other duties include, hiring, educating, and at any given time i have as little as 4 employees or as many as 12 employees to schedule and supervise.
the bistro is a 4 star restaurant and is one of the most popular places to eat in the capital district. i work 55-60 hours a week in the off season and as many as 90 in the summer as the racetrack is in full swing. i not only am the chef but i also cook on the hot line almost every night. we do as many as 250 dinners and as little as 25 on some slow winter nights.
