Hello everyone, Just a quick note to give alittle update on where I've been, and what I've been up to over the past 30 years. I've been married to my hubby for 23 years. We've traveled and lived in many locations over the years serving the Air Force. In 2000, we made our way back to Ohio to retire from the Air Force. ter a 6 year battle. Now I'm taking care of myself after having a heart attack Dec 2009. I know, shocking news, right? Even at 49 years old a person can still be at risk of this happening. I have family history of heart issues. Lost my dad when he was 33 years old to a heart attack. Please take family history to heart. We think it could never happen to us, but I'm here to say, it can!
