Jolene's Story
Thought an update was needed.
As of September 2013, I now live in St George, Utah with my oldest daughter Corrie 24, grandson Leroy 4, & granddaughter Saidee 18 mos.
After Magnolia I had 3 daughters with Jose Garcia (class of 91). Corrinne is a single mom.
Rita 22 & Laura 20 live in Marysville, California. Rita is in the Navy.
After Jose & I went our separate ways, he moved to Utah and I moved the girls to Yuba City, California. We arrived January 1998 (bringing my mother along), to start our life over.
1999 I married Michael Rose
My son Eric was born in August
2001 I got divorced
My youngest daughter Jenae was born in May
My Corrie went to live with her dad in Utah
Began 12 yr relationship with Luke McMurry
By 2003 I was losing myself and my babies. I was diagnosed with Bipolar, OCD, PTSD, Scitzo Affective Disorder, Depression, etc.
I began a voluntary case with CPS
to help my family get the resource...Expand for more
s without the waiting list. Of course our case worker was replaced later with the worker from hell whose mission is to destroy families of bipolar mothers. Her lies to the court cost me my children, but my Rita got her busted in the end, no longer allowed to interact with children.
It all worked out, Jenae's dad got married and adopted Eric, then
Rita & Laura were adopted by a family who witnessed the same worker destroy other families and wanted to spare my girls from years of fighting the courts.
2005 mom's age caught up so she moved back home to Anaheim
She had breastfeeding cancer 4 years ago, it came back this summer, being 85 now she is just greatful for the extra time her doctors can get her
We hope to make a trip soon so Corrie can see her after 10 yrs and my mother can meet my grandchildren
So now I am spending my days with my grand babies and making up for all the years apart from my daughter.
