There is a lot of world to see so I've traveled a as much as I could manage ,I find I like moving into a small town where nobody trusts outsiders and becoming a useful member of the community, it seems being honest about mistakes I have made in the past is actually a good way to do this and being good at your craft helps too. and I really appreciate the straight forwardness of people in rural areas, after working in the film industry for many years (a society of pretty smiles concealing sharp knives) it is comforting to have friends that say what they mean and do what the...Expand for more
y say. I became expert at falling off things and offending people when I used to drink so I had a back surgery 4 years ago and endeavor to make progress towards being a good and useful fellow. I find it much easier to live with myself this way. I sometimes miss LA for it's great food, playing music and the history of friends with interesting perspectives. But I really do love the country life and all its simple pleasures. Instead of designing movie posters and billboards I design signs and graphics for mom and pop businesses, less money but infinitely more rewarding.
