Jon's Story
Life
After graduation from Roosevelt High, I entered the University of Washington in fall of 1955.
I held on doggedly and graduated in 1959 with a BA in Business Administration.
The next spring with my brother Terry I decided to start an antique automobile parts business. We named it Vintage Auto Parts. It eventually became the second largest business of its kind in the US.

bicycling, almost daily yoga classes, reading, becoming active in my local Unitarian church, getting interested in organic gardening, and doing various types of volunteer work.
I never got married, but feel settled with my companion Thea and we share time at my residence which is still in NE Seattle and her home on the Eastside.
I am now back taking classes at the U of W. This time I'm auditing classes in areas that presently interest me which include history, art history, music, political science, drama and music.
