Jonathan's Story
I started out after graduating, by going into the Navy that September. I figured it was better than getting drafted anyway. It was really quite boring, so to pick things up, I tried out for the Seals and made it. That was anything but boring, but ended up doing 3 tours in Vietnam. When I got home, I met a nice girl and got married. We had four kids, 3 girls and a boy. d me to give my family everything they needed but me. It ended up costing me everything I wanted. Drifted for a while, riding with a few clubs out west and then near Detroit. Somehow just never fit in, much like high school. I am married now to a wonderful woman with much patience, and after almost 40 years of driving, I am getting ready to retire. With the money from the Navy for injuries, and social security, who knows, I might make it a few more years. No great accomplishments, just surviving life, for now.
